eepmon V5back up

About the Site:This is the fifth evolution of the eepmon website. Merges Google Maps and social network technologies as the medium to showcase the work I have done around the world using exact latitude and longitude coordinates. Because it is built purely in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, it can be viewed on mobile browser. Works on iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. Worked on all the graphic elements, design, UI and code.
Fleming Design Flash Siteback up

Working closely with the team at Switch Interactive, eepmon was given the task to program/code Fleming Design's corporate Flash website. All layout and designs were provided by Fleming Design.
The Flash site is Object Oriented programmed keeping modularity in mind and for future extensibility. Data content is driven by back-end technologies such as PHP and MySQL.
eepmon Flash V3back up

Case Study: Flash site designed/coded back in 2008. Programmed in ActionScript 2.0, eepmon V3 was coded entirely in an Object Oriented framework leveraging XML, AMFPHP, MySQL to dynamically populate content.
Explanation behind the scenes: Entire site is dynamic and the theme and gradient backgrounds change depending on the time of day (Easter egg at 3am). Weather data is taken in and affects the type of illustrations that fly through the background. There is a XML fed playlist and with official permission, plays samples from electronic artist Susumu Yokota.
About the Blog: The goal was to create a visually appealing and immersive blog versus the traditional page clicking. Each panel represents a month, and a total of 12 months that resembles like a 12 hour clock. Scrolling with the mouse-wheel or clicking on each month will bring into focus. Click again and the user can view the entries for that specific month. There is an 'Archives' button that will reveal the year nodes allowing the user to select a year to enter and view that year's blog entries.
About the Gallery: Inspired by the iTune's cover flow concept. Prior to PaperVision3D and other 3rd party 3D libraries, an implementation of a sort-of-hack or work around to make the illusion of cover flow was created. The result was successful.
This site was nominated finalist for FITC2007 Self-Promotional.

AT&T [User Interface]back up
Case Study: I created a mockup design, character illustrations and graphics for AT&T's Define Your Style. The look and feel of the site is to cater to a demographic comprising of teenagers to their early adulthood. Fun and exciting the characters serve as mascots for specific categories in the website.
Tokyo Tourback up

Purpose:I developed a Flash based audio/visual microsite documentary used to highlight my travels and gallery events in Tokyo.
How it works: The user is presented with two cities to choose from. Selecting a city they will be taken to the documentary timeline. This timeline reveals the exact date and time when the entry was created. Upon selecting an entry, the user will be presented with an image slideshow synchronized by audio (in this case the audio is the documenter's voice). The user can add a comment to this entry if s/he wishes.
Worked on all the graphic elements, design, UI and code.
